Dr. Tina O’Neal is an international urban scholar with teaching expertise across undergraduate and graduate courses in assistive technology, special education law, culturally responsive pedagogy, and EdTPA seminar instruction.

Her research examines teacher perceptions, knowledge, and attitudes toward inclusive teaching practices in urban and international contexts. This work extends through research and study abroad collaborations in Ghana and Germany, exploring how inclusive education, assistive technology, culturally responsive teaching, and trauma-informed care are implemented across cultural settings.
